Delete Knowledge Base resource

Hard-delete a Knowledge Base resource (FILE or URL) by id. Tears down the row plus its associated state (uploaded document for FILE rows, Trust Center references, Oso facts, chunk-store entries) via .

Returns 404 when the id is unknown in the calling token’s domain.
